Complaint Review: One Stop Vacuum - Dwight Clark

Found seller on ebay with Auction for "Rainbow E Series LOADED BONUS PKG W/WARRANTY" - contacted seller to see if other auctions available Nov 09 - sold me "same" pkg over the phone for $870-partial shipment arrived 2 wks later- in January -10 all pieces still not received so item was returned to seller Jan 22, 2010.  Spoke w/owner DWIGHT CLARK, ONE STOP VACUUM, January 26, 2010 and he confirmed receipt of the item and stated my refund was forthcoming in the form of a money order.  As of Sept 8, 2010, we have not been reimbursed.  Contacted BBB and Dept. of Consumer Affairs in South Carolina who state Mr. Clark will not respond.  My husband and I both have continually called Mr. Clark EVERY WEEK since January with nothing but promises to pay and he is now ignoring our calls. I was recently diagnosed w/recurrent lung cancer and am in treatment and told Mr. Clark I needed my money for medical bills and he still has yet to respond or pay.  We called Mr. Clark today as I took my chemo treatment and he told my husband he was in a meeting and would call him back. No response.  I have also contacted the courts in his area and was told I could file a small claims suit against him but I would have to appear.  I am not medically able to travel to South Carolina. He is still conducting business at his shop in Lexington, South Carolina and is also an ebay seller under dwightsales.
