After interviewing for a Sales Associate position and reading the "fine print" of the hiring contract, I reviewed it with the D.M. We discused the payment details and, I reiterated that my understanding is that, I will be on commission status for one month. He said "During that time, what ever commission you make will be payed on the date you started, one month later". Then, if you meet the quota of atleast thirty phone sales, you will be put on base salary and commission. I agreed.
Now, I discovered that, he lied to me! I only get payed the first ten day of commission at the end of the month which bring me to only about $290.00. For a whole month at 40 plus hours a week! Do you believe that!

I can't even quit because then, I will lose what ever commission they owe me from the previous dates. Can someone please help me? They are perpetuating the exploitation of people at an alarming rate! They need to be exposed!
