I had ordered a "One Sweep" and never received it. A few weeks ago I received 2 postcards indicating there was a back order and if I no longer wanted the merchandise to sign the card and send back. I did this and yesterday, October 20, 2004, I received the merchandise. I am at a loss to know what to do.
