Complaint Review: One Travel

One Travel Cheap O Air Sold us over 2000 dollars in tickets for an airline that stop service to an airport. Then only refunded us the insurance money so we could not recieve our extra fees for expenses for additional layovers. We tried for 2 weeks to get our money back. They kept telling us they will put us through to an operator. We are on hold for over 2 hours each time. This is an Indian call center with very rude people. They do not ever want to give money back. I called the airline and they were not charging the One Travel for tickets. So One Travel kept our money. You cannot get refunds from these people. It is not possible. Be very careful. Internet

We were sold airline tickets for an airline that does not operate in an airport.  We cannot get our refund even though the airline did not collect money for the flight. We are put on hold for over 2 hours each time to speak to a supervisor for our money but nothing ever happens. It is only a run around company for our money.
