I booked a flight for 923.00 but was charged 1,523.00. I called to ask why I was charged that amount when I clearly chose the  cheaper flight? they put me on hold for 30 mins, probably hoping I would hang up but I did not. After speaking with supposedly 3 supervisors by the name of Dario, Winfred and Sol I was told that there was nothng they could or would do. I purchased the travel at 3:14 pm on my lunch break and tried to pick my seats for the flight but kept getting an error message that said I had to wait 30mins and then I could pick my seats, this went on for several hours. I called at 8pm and told them what was happening with my seats.

I was again placed hold for 15 mins and when the person returned he said he apologized for any issues but in 30 mins I could choose my seats. I think great, until I got an alert from my bank 2 days that 1,523 dollars was debited from my account. I told them I wanted to cancel my ticket and they said they would not. I asked Winfred to speak to his supervisor and he laughed and said he would not be doing that, which brings me to rippoff report, so that other people are informed  before purchasing tickets from this third party. I now have to dispute the charge with my bank which of course takes weeks. That is what they want to happen anyway. Please be aware of these scams as it could turn a vacation into a disaster.
