Before I start my story I would drew your attention to research I did on OneTravel.com the company or many of them following names associated with this same entity: OneTravel.com, Travelong.com, Cheapoair.com, wk Travel, Inc., Cheapseats.com, etc

All web site runs by the same crooks! Scam ers, Credit theft offering cheap flights, But you will never knows if you will have A Flight Or money,

On 04/18/2011 I booked an international ticket on OneTravel.com web site,: Operated by US Airways departing FLL - Ft Lauderdale 
02:00pm-21Apr, Thu PHL - Philadelphia 
04:48pm - 21Apr,Thu PHL - Philadelphia 
06:40pm-21Apr,Thu

Arrive in AMS - Amsterdam 
08:40am - 22Apr,Fri

I got their early the expected, But was prevented from check in. In claim that I can't fly with this ticket. The supervisor at the airport said i should contact the agency for refund,

And that is where frustration began. I Called from the airport after few ours of holding over the phone they said I can't get refund but maybe next booking. When the error are on their part.

This ticket entitled you for next flight booking with no charge. But this option was not on my ticket, I have to contact the agency they said, .. I didn't gave up and called again asking for the manger, That where frustration # 2 began, They will talk nice and tell you that they are working on it in order to book you to the next flight but actually they don't do anything. I have been place on hold, Hang up. They lay to me, transfer me from agent to the other,and now for all most 13 days, and only now I know for real I have been ripped of.

Their trick is to carry the time with you and tell you they are working on it but all they actually need the time and that is good for their rules and regulation so you wood give up and forget

Your on time purchase is what they need. Any way you won't get your ticket or refund instead a hang up in your face or they won't pick up the phone. And their customer is a night mare

The old way of going to the agency buy your self and get the ticket by hand is much more secure for all this Scam behind web sites ripping of people

Watch where you pay your money
