I purchased an airline ticket recently from ONE TRAVEL, for a ticket approximately seven months in advance of my trip to Germany.  Because of legitimate reasons on the production of my product, the manufacturer is down, I asked to cancel the trip and they consistently have been "in my face" with their "oxymoron" customer service, that I cannot do that.  They are like robots, on automatic piolet, regarding "you can't cancel," the ticket is "non-cancellable." That is dishonest, they, their airline client, or both, just do not want to let me/you do that.  I have traveled for business for 24 years, tickets are always cancellable, especially when booked way in advance, that gives the airline ample time to sell the ticket to another customer.

I/you can never get through to these people on the telephone.  I tried several times and was put on hold for 30+ minutes each time.  When I finally reported them to my credit card company, "customer service" responded, with responses like a "trained scripted automoton," "you can't cancel."

Please don't buy into their cheap prices.  One day they told me that it would cost $150.00 to make a change on a ticket, another day, it was $210.00. That's like, whatever the person responding can get away with, they'll charge.  I don't recommend this site, I do not recommend that anyone else use them.  If you have a problem, you're in for frustrations; oce they're got your money, they've got your money.  I may even go to the State Attorney with this.
