I rec'd invoice for 2 calls to UK, supposedly for a porno site, each 6 minutes long-- but the calls were 1 minute apart! EAch call $30. I, of course, never visited this site.
My computer has been infected with virus or spyware that cause porno popups. Running spybot, etc help, but they come back. I read the other postings and found following similarities with my case:
pop-up infection
found TIBSystems dialer
I called customer service - they suggested I send letter which I will do.
I think I will reformat my computer....

If your computer made the call, let it pay the bill!

Here's what I do when this happens.

I tell them the computer made the call. And, the computer will be paying the bill.

They always ask me "How will the computer pay the bill?"

I tell them "maybe it'll print out a computer check, after all, it is a computer"

"Here, I'll let you talk to the computer".

I set my phone on top of the computer for a while.

After one or two times, they stop calling for good. Works every time!
