Complaint Review: One Web Direct

I received this bill saying we had made a call to the United Kingdom. Their bill said to go on line and check their website: www.onewebhlp.com to see what website I accessed. I did what they suggested and there was no website I could find listed the way their site was listed. To my knowledge I never entered in any agreement with this company. Aren't companies supposed to provide proof that you entered into an agreement.

What makes this even harder to believe is that I was at work during the time they claim the call was made and my husband was also at work over an hour away at this time. So that leaves my 14 year old. Again, a minor cannot enter into an agreement.
