Complaint Review: One World Van Lines

Here is I how I got con'ed by Ibraham the owner of One world Van Lines......When He came to move my belongings he had me fill out a bunch of paperwork before starting my move. One of the documents was a packing list that I had to sign or he would leave and not move me. long story short, I never recieved that document back and demanded that I pay the delivery guys $1240 cash or he was going to not give me back my belongings. The $1240 in charges was complete bullshit and his arguement was that since I signed the document and that the charges were ligitament but it was a complete scam. they wouldnt start the move unless i signed the document then they took the document made a bunch of fake charges and demanded that I pay or they were not going to give me my belongings. I have filed a police report and would like to sue.
