Complaint Review: One2Host.com

Plain and simple. One2Host.com webhosting group sucks! Their website speaks of putting up your new site in 24-72 hours. And also claims to have 24 hour service team. And a 7 day money back guarantee.

Well none of the above is true. They only 3 hour service team- never respond to anything except during that time. Have renigged on all guarantees. They do not follow their own terms of service. Not only has One2Host.com taken my money, but will not give me any control of my website as promised in order to change teh servers which should now host my domain. Oh and the website came up 178+ hours after purchase.

Currently One2host.com has stopped responding altogether to any of my help desk mail- the only way to cantact anyone. Funniest thing about it is I have all the infomartion documented THROUGH THEM! All their responses, their terms of service and that they did receive my request to cancel my account before the 7 days were up. And yet they fail to understand why they are wrong.

I am filing with the BBB and soon with the UK's version of the BBB. But let me warn you, DO NOT use this group! There is another webhosting group that I'll be filing a report here on too, for a very similar reason. Please check it out!
