Scams small legal subcontractors to do work and does not pay but collects from property owner.They use park ave construction to contract and approve subcontractor's work and then bring in morey doyle's companies to not pay. They scam plumbers, drywall, painter and electricians to do work and then not pay. $6,450.00 is past due and owed on combined small jobs completed for.them. This is a great amount of money for small honest licenced contractors. NTO's have been delivered but the out of state realeste holders and these two scam artist continue using subcontractors money while we struggle and spend money to collect for hard honest work.
