I purchasedon  the ONEBOXTV at the Red Barn Flea Market on SR 41, on Saturday 3-24-18. Got home and spent the next six hours following the instructions on the handout they gave me trying to get past the on screen menu, with negative results. I went back the next day, told store clerks that I was still having the same issues. HE(store owner) took my box and connected it to their TV made some adjustments, don't ask me what they were. As it was done too fast for my eyes to see what was done! So I spent the next two days trying to get to a place where I could watch a program, and still with negative results. So today, Wednesday 3-28-18, I tried to return the product, as I was so frustrated with four days of trying to access any channel. All I wanted was my money refunded, instead I was told tough! And get the hell out of my store. I am a Viet-Nam Veteran, retired and living on a limited income, all I want is to recieve what I Paid For!! or my money back!!!!!!! Until that time I shall devote all of my free time which I have plenty, to posting my complains on Social Media, The Newspaper, and local TV.
