OneBuck Resume Scammed me with a recurring debit to my account Miami, FL Internet

I was also told to make a resume in a certain format by a recruiter for a job.  She even recommended this company which I thought odd but paid no further mind.  After going on OneBuckResume.com I made a resume for $1.00 which I used my debit card to pay.  I couldn't even use the resume because it had the company's name in the corner of the PDF I downloaded.  The next week I received a recurring debit for $19.80.  I had no idea this would happen.  Everywhere on this site it is offered for $1.00. It doesn't say anything about a recurring debit.  This is a deceptive business practice and a SCAM!!  Stay away from this website.

I read your report and was curious about a business that could produce a custom resume for only a dollar. If you google the website, you will see a lot of other people who feel ripped off by this company. When looking at the website, though, I did notice this fine print on the ordering page: You will be charged $1.00 to use the 4 step resume builder. Using our resume builder will also give you seven days of free resume distribution services. If you choose to continue after the seven days of distribution your account will automatically activate and renewals will be billed monthly until you decide to cancel your subscription. Standard monthly subscription renewal is just nineteen dollars and eighty cents. Please read the "Terms and Conditions of Service" before starting. The whole website is focused on the one dollar feature. Only in the fine print does it mention a recurring fee. I believe this is not only deceptive, but could be the basis of a fraud investigation. Have you taken this to the IC3? You can report this incident here: ic3.gov/complaint/default.aspx Hope this helps, and sorry for your loss.
