OneCallMD I've been trying to contact the customer service department to cancel this,but I can't get through. The one time i did get through they hung up on me. When this service was represented to me it's not what i was told. Golden Valley Internet
I received a call about getting a free $100.00 Walmart gift card for taking a survey. Took the survey,was signed up for a free 10 day trial of OneCallMD. If i didn't like it i could call and cancel within the 10 days.. Problem is never got the gift card just a letter with a promo code on it for internet spending. I've tried call OneCallMD customer service to cancel this membership but i can't get through.. The one time i got to talk to someone (Jordan) he hung up on me. Now the line is always busy or i get a recording saying all lines all busy try later. After trying for 2 days i still can't get through.

I also received the same type of call it was for 2.95$ w/promise of a 10o$ visa gft card, i never received the gft card but i did receive the letter with an addition 100$ gft card on paper, hower when going to the web site 100dollarvaluecard.com i could not enter the info.
I also called both phone #'s on paper and they are constantly ringing then makes busy signal. We canceled the cc used for the 2.95 thank god we did. I noticed the year of this that im commenting to was bk in 2017. I can only imagine the thousands of people thst have been deceived.
