Complaint Review: ONECALLMD - ONECALLLEGAL

These people hit my husband up at the beginning of april for some kind of free coupons. Telling him that he would get free gas cards and many other things..FOR FREE... There was a charge on our credit card for an enrollment fee of $4.95 on april 3rd. This was supposed to be a 30 day trial period. On the the 20th of april there were 2 $20 charges, 1 for One Call MD and 1 for One Call Legal. On the 22nd day of April there was a $19.95 charge for One Call Legal and another charge for $29.95 form One Call Md. I got the statement in the mail a week later... I was P!$$ed, so I called them and told them I wanted the money back and to cancel. The very phillipino woman proceeded to tell me that the only way I could obtain a refund was to speak to the Audit department and that in order for that to happen I could not cancel. I also requested to hear the recording where my husband had authorized this. He clearly stated to me that he had heard something about coupons and nothing about the services mentioned above. I waited and heard nothing and was tired of being put on hold so I waited some more... Today is May 30th and I recieved another credit card statement...guess whats on it today...MORE charges from this fraudulant company. I called them today and got right through they again patched me to the audit department and I left a message. I added in that I would be contacting my lawyer if I do not hear anything by monday...So as soon as I dont hear anything from them monday I will be blowing up their phones again and I will let yall how this one goes. Total loss to date from One Call is $144.75
