Onederwear,Inc/Break Room Concepts Stole my money and didn't send me the product Ripoff Santa Monica California
This company advertises all-cotton disposable underwear and socks for travel. I purchased 10 prs for my son's student ambassador trip to Europe. They came and were very very small. Their size chart was way off. There was no information sent with the underwear on how to return or exchange them. I needed replacements in a hurry. I emailed customer service repeatedly asking them what to do, telling them that time was an issue. I even asked if they could send the correct size right away and I'd return the small ones later. I emailed them over 5 times before they responded, telling me to mail them back with a copy of the receipt and include what size I needed instead. I sent them out by overnight mail at a cost of over $9.00. My son was leaving for Europe in one week, for a 3 week trip.The replacements never came. My son has come and gone to Europe and is home now- I have never heard from the company or gotten the replacement boxers.. I have emailed and emailed and they have ignored every message I have sent them. They have stolen my money, and I feel they never had any intention of sending me the replacement product.

I am still waiting for some word from Onederwear- They ought to be ashamed of themselves. They have my money and I have NOTHING. Do Not Buy from ONEDERWEAR.

I wrote to the Better Business Bureau about Onederwear ripping me off and how they never sent me my order and have not responded to my emails to Customer Service. The BBB states that they will contact the company but I doubt I will ever get a refund. I wonder who else I can write to that can force this company to issue me a refund?Travel underwear company took me for a ride, and I plan to spread the word to every one that they are untrustworthy and that no one should purchase their products.
