Complaint Review: OneDVDsource - TheDVDsource - Thediscountdudes - EBay ID Dontholdmeback - Marty Russell

I placed an order for 20 boxset dvds on the Marty Russell's website, www.onedvdsource.com. This website is currently down. This site has been down for over 10 days. I have not received the shipment.

I have contacted the seller several times, I did receive one response with a tracking number. The tracking number was a US Post Office number, with no way to identify this shipment was intended for me. The tracking number was given was for an international shipment from Pakistan to the US. According to the USPS website, the shipment is with the US Custom's Office.

My order was supposed to come from Marty Russell's warehouse out of Spokane, WA and not Pakistan. The US Post Office customer service representative gave me the number to US Customs. I was informed by the US Customs that this shipment was seized due to a licensing infringement by the shipper. The ship does not have the legal right to distribute/send major studio dvds to the US. The website of the seller clearly indicated that all shipments are sent directly from their warehouse in Spokane, WA. This seller is also selling DVDs on eBay under the user name of dontholdmeback.

There is a current auction going on now by this seller, cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=46762&item=3354191061. The description in the auction also clearly states that the DVDs are all directly shipped from his warehouse in Spokane WA. I have sent several emails requesting a complete refund. I have not heard back from the seller since. I paid for the boxsets via PayPal and I have filled out PayPals complaint form requesting a full refund.
