I started working for Ms Torres in February. She seemed to be fair and kind. I started noticing things were wrong when she did not take any proof of age or my social security number. Keep in mind this job was performing adult phone sex.
I worked diligently, often forced into 15 hour shifts entertaining her customers which she refused to allow me to work with. She would actually make sure I did not get more then a certain amount of calls, I know this now after speaking to 5, yes 5 former contractors.
She next ordered me to cease contact with a former contractor that she had terrorized and treated like garbage out of jealousy and spite. This poor woman needed medical treatment because of the constant threats and verbal abuse. Please note that as an independent contractor this type of demand is ILLEGAL.
I have chat transcripts showing where she revealed first names, states of residence and number of children to junkie ex convict psychopath clients. Anyone want to see them? Leave me your email.
Without warning she banned me from her site, luckily her site designer is incompetent and I still have full access to it. I sent her a polite email with a pay invoice, which she promised to pay several times. She of course has not and I'm owed over $200. She has enough money to pay for site design though. Also she is living in income based housing and hiding over $10k a month from the IRS.
Sound like someone you want to work for?
All I am asking is for the pay that is due me, and I will refrain from listing the multiple other felonies she has committed.

Just to let her know she also has a disabilied child that lives with her in a studio apartment and the only room that they have for privacy is the bathroom.
The child does also get disability pay and she has everything through her father so she can still claim this and also get food benefits from government.
Disability said that they thought it would be good for her son if he had a computer... oh she got him a computer all right. I'm sure it's the laptop that she uses.
I don't know if she rips people off but she is a fraud all the way. good luck

I would like to share with you that not 3 days after taking the step of filing this report, I was paid in full. It was a month late but not a dollar short. I am thankful to the owner for doing her legal duty, and saddened that I needed to come to a public forum to air out my grievance. I hope in the future business practices will be handled with more professionalism and all legal requirements will be met. I consider this matter closed. Thank you.
