Complaint Review: OneGuard Home Warranty

I wish I could give them less than 1 star rating. They have the worst customer service imaginable. We have been with them for 5 years and for the first time a major issue with our AC happens we get a run around. They sent a unprofessional contractor from Alltex services who never picks his phone and has not fixed the problem first time he even showed up. Oneguard has done nothing to fix this issue and give us another contractor but rather give us run around for their money. They are scammers and I definitely don't recommend them to anyone.
