Oneil Paving Rip-off Bad job and won't come back

Mr O'Neil paved my driveway in April of this year( 2001 ) When he gave us the estimate he seemed like a nice christian man who had just lost his wife. He made the comment that we seemed like good folks and he would do the job for 3400. Two days later his sons? showed up with the equipment around 10 am. They finished the job at about 3 pm and we paid them. His son? said it was really important to seal the asphalt after about 60 days and he would return to do that. By July we had not seen him or had any of our phone calls returned so I sealed the driveway. 6 weeks later we began seeing cracks in the upper part of the driveway and called Mr O'Neil to ask him to fix them. ( He gave us a 1 year warrantee).
After many calls to see if he had come by, he called and said I used the wrong sealer and it soffened the asphalt and made it crack. But he would see what he could do to help us. Now more than 2 months later no help.
I had a state paving inspector look at the job and he ststed that it was not the sealer, that Mr O'Neil used cold asphalt to finish the job, probally left over from another contractors job and the thickness is wrong.Do not use these folks to do your job.
