I was a Power Pro with Onforce which meant I had a 5.9 out of 6 rating and I had buyers leaving exceptional comments behind on the ratings page for me. Additionally I had buyers routing work orders directly to me and requesting my services outside of the Onforce platform once they were no longer a part of it.

Being a high quality technician in business for over 10 years in private practice Onforces actions did not hurt me that much but was unjust to say the least. That brings me to my report today.

OnFarce recently suspended me indefinitely due to an argument with a buyer over payment. I have the buyer on an audio recording stating that they would increase the spend limit on the work order so I could complete the job.

Originally the work order was set at $150.00 which was three hours of work at $50 / hour. I eventually settled for $222.00 for $600.00 worth of work.

During the resolution process the buyer and I both went back and forth about the reasons why we believed each other was right. Onforce was given the audio recordings and emails that were sent back and forth. During this time we were dealing with Amy Collins who is a level 3 Representative of Onforce.

Amy stated that she believed that I should settle for $150.00 and at this time the buyer (AGC) had refused to return my calls or speak to me about the issue. I simply informed the buyer of my legal right to file a mechanics lien and lockout and disconnect the wap that was installed on site until I was paid.

Amy stated that since I "took legal action" against the buyer I would be suspended. Once she was proven wrong and corrected she stated that since I threatened and "strong-armed" the buyer I would be suspended.

She stated that since she believed that I was only due $150.00 (dispute the buyer agreeing on a recorded call to raise the spend limit) and I got $222.00 out of the company that I somehow strong-armed them into it.

If you call talking with the buyer representative on the phone and them offering you $200.00 and then after 30 - 45 minutes later still on the phone with them I eventually get $22 more strong-arming then fine I'm guilty. Or if you call informing them of my legal rights in order to get them to the table then fine I'm guilty. Besides when someone does work for someone else they expect to be paid.

Maybe I should take my utility company to court and say they were strong-arming me into paying my bill by sending me a disconnect notice. Dang it all my meat is going to spoil now.

Now about the review process. It is suppose to be a peer review of the situtation and to determine if your suspention should stand or not. However the only thing you can provide to them is one page explaining the situation. Onforce provides everything they have on you to them and you never know who made the final decision in the end.

Talking about fair and just. LOL!

Onfarce can go rot in the dust. More and more buyers are leaving them anyway. They keep to many pizzatechs around so they can keep buyers. I'd rather go out in the real world and make real money. I averaged about $2,500 - $3,000 per month just from Onforce. That's it! Nothing like running $50 filler work-orders for vizio repairs and doing cabling work for pennies on the hour.

PRO BEWARE YOU ARE IN FOR A SCARE!

My advice go direct to the source.

call these companies if you want to contract for them locally as they all go through OnForce for techs:

AT&T ConnecTech
Granite Communications
Advanced Global Communications
Spencer Technologies
Onesource - All Star Consulting - Revacomp
ISSI - Office Products Plus
Aus Information Systems
Halifax
W W Consulting
ITI (Vizio) Indusys Technology, Inc.
MyComputerWorks.com (Very good company, very fair pricing and easy to work with)
Zip Express
Network Dynamics
Tek-source.net
Reliable IT
SARCOM
American Systems
Netview, Inc.
HDInstallers.com
Vaisala, Inc.
Acer PanAmerica
CompuCom Retail Projects
Quality Business Systems
Technisource
Intelligent Systems and Networking, Inc.
The Recovery Services Group, Inc

Just to name a few.

Additionally I would add that I now contract with most of these buyers outside of the platform for a higher rate than I was getting on the platform. Apparently they like my work... what can I say!

Why not start a website (alliance) called OnforceSucks.com and blast it to Google & other major search engines with a forum that is moderated so you (like onforce does) can block comments at free will... Notice how buyers can place work orders into problem status but pros cannot... On this alliance website, only validated technicians can post articles and onforce employees cannot! This would be giving onforce the same justice they give their techs (Pro's).

That's a good one however I have never stated that. The government has it's problems and like Jefferson said; "The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants. It is it's natural manure".

I take part in both political means (lobbying, educating, and running for office) and tactical means (member of the Indiana Militia Corps) to returning our country back to it's wondrous free state from it's current fascist dictatorship we call a democracy.

I prefer a nonviolent means to these ends however if it shall come to that day inwhich I must take arms againt my government to protect freedom for my family I shall do so. Now please tell more lies.

Consumer beware of this poster. He is known well in the OF community as well in his local community as something of an odd character.

Onw good example of this, taken from his website, is his desire to release an electro magnetic pulse with the hopes of destroying everything related to RFID technology--he thinks theres a govt conspiracy to spy on people. Now, there are very limited ways to do this, one involves detonating a nuclear device. Yeah trust this guy

If you have a valid complaint against a company I own please post it there. Otherwise this has nothing to do with the complaint above.

This was brought to you by a technician and business owner who was caught using a trademarked and copyright protected name of another business.

MinutemanTech of Orlando, Florida has the original copyright and trademark to this logo and yet this guy here decided to steal it and use it calling it.
Minuteman Tech, Indiana.

He even went so far as to take a coupon from the others website and present it as his own.

When confronted by this he made several excuses.
# 1 Blamed an ex-employee.
#2 blamed the person who he went to repair the computer for.
#3 then changed his story yet again.

Seems his quaility of work was so good that they sent another tech behind him to fix the computer. It was this tech that found the coupon and the discription given by the person discribes the poster to a tee.

Yes he was suspended by OnForce, in his fair well post he stated that it was over defending his right to be paid for work he did and them promising to pay him.

Cant say that was the case but what I can say is that his defense of stealing another businesses copyright protected logo and using it as his own really makes anything he says suspect.
