At first they will decline your credit card and urge you to wire the money via western union. Then they will demand you purchase 4 more products to meet an "MOU" requirement of 5 items. This "MOU" is stated on delivery information page ONLY! Does any one even know what an "MOU" is? I did not order the other products because I smelled a scam. Western Union confirmed it was a scam after all the information I gave them. Beware, Don't order from these scammers.
