Complaint Review: Online Auction Academy

I signed up for this service and after several months, I now can get no responses to any requests. The phone lines are never answered, everything goes to voice mails. Emails go unanswered. I have no way of obtaining information or assistance that was promised to me. I read that I can dispute with my CC comp.

Any assistance on how to do this, what to say, etc, would be appreciated. I'm out a lot of money that I can not afford now. Are they now closed down or something? Anyone with insite to this problem? Help please :D Thanks!!
