My case is almost exactly a carbon copy of what happened to Norman in Walpole, Massachusetts. To everyone who has been stung by the Online Auctions Academy I have these words of encouragement for you: Do not let them get away with taking your hard earned money!!! If you have paid by credit card, it is your right to dispute this charge with your credit card company.

I'm very embarrassed to say that I fell for their high sales pitch in February of this year and enrolled in their protg program. By the third week I had come to the sad realization that they were nothing more than scammers and asked for my money back. I was confronted with a very hostile and vulgar woman that responds to the name of Michelle Schemerhorn (unsure of spelling). In an insolent response to a message I sent her saying that I was going to file a dispute with my credit card company she fired back an email simply stating: LMAO which I later found out stands for laughing my a** off.

Folks, don't think that because you signed that agreement you cannot dispute the charge. Against all odds, I disputed the charge with my credit card company; my card company stood up for me and credited my account with the amount Online Auctions Academy had ripped me off. Stand up for your rights and fight back!!! I hope enough people complain about this crooked company and the Attorney General of Nevada or some other State, steps in and orders a more complete investigation.
