DO NOT BE FOOLED by the rhetoric coming fromOnline Auction Academy. When you first sign up they are all sweet and rosy but their demeanor changes once they get you beyond the point of no return with their bogus "guarantee" The only guarantee you will have is that you will not see your money again.

They consistantly throw suble roadblocks your way in the first few weeks so that there would be no possibility to have money refunded should you wish to opt out. I had a series of problems with downloadable software that took an enormous amount of time to complete because the registration keys were incorrect. My coach refused to answer emails I sent so I called customer Service who connected me to their IT Dept. IT gave me an elongated process and different key registration information which after several days finally worked.

I lost a lot of time and was unable to get my start date for the program changed. The first 2 courses I signed up for were properly registered and confirmed by Michelle. I signed on and only got the audio which I tape recorded for evidence. This was not good enough so I was supposed to repeat the taking of the course even though it was no fault of my own.

Several other occurrences took place and I came upon Rip-Off Reports, unfortuneately too late. My suggestion is to find as many local, state and federal agencies who are interested in investigating scams and give it your best shot. Check out consumer-revenge for an interesting approach along with Rip-Off Reports.

If anyone is considering buying the Protege Program, BEWARE and THINK IT OVER VERY CAREFULLU.
