I followed the program and met all the requirements to obtain my refund. However, they e-mailed me the wrong passwords to log on to live classes so they are stating I did not take the classes so I was not entitled to my refund. They also state that I did not launch 5 auctions per week, but I launched many more. They also do not state where auctions need to be launched.

I used other auction sites but that was not acceptable the the OAA. My coach was useless. He offered no help, advise or product information, as promised. I e-mailed the OAA many many times to obtain a refund but have gotten nowhere. Also they keep changing web address so that they cannot be traced. Please everyone using Ebay spread the work about the Online Auction Academy.

They are a bunch of crooks preying on honest people trying to make some extra money. The OAA has not heard the last of me yet. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE ONLINE AUCTION ACADEMY...SPREAD THE WORD THEY ARE CROOKS!!!!!!!! Use the email buddy the OAA provided you with your sign-up to email ebay users about the OAA.

Clarifying the Record - Online Business Institute Inc.

#3UPDATE Employee

Thu, January 13, 2005

Thank you for the opportunity to clarify Karen's erroneous information about our company.

OAA is now Auction Resources Inc. headquartered out of Santa Cruz California. Some of OAA's former mistreated employees have formed their own company, Online Business Institute. I am one of them.

Let me help Karen to understand the differences:

OAA was run by Craig Meyers. Craig claimed to sell on eBay (which he hadn't for 5 years). He promised to make you rich in 30 days (which he couldn't). He claimed you would have people do everything for you (wrong), he gave you 8 live coaching sessions with an hourly employee and he had a 30 day guarantee (four easy steps). OAA charged customers $3997.00. Craig ripped off employees, customers and vendors. He skipped to California.

ON THE OTHER HAND, Online Business Institute Inc. was founded by three former employees of OAA. I am one of them and am currently President of OBI (www.obinstitute.com). I am a seller on eBay with a 2856 positive feedback rating to date. We don't promised to make you rich without you even having to work at it. We will help you build a successful online business but you must work for the success you can achieve.

OAA gave you 8 live coaching sessions. We give you unlimited access to a live coach. Your coach is not an hourly employee but rather one of the owners of the business. We do NOT have a guarantee...life does not come with guarantees. We do NOT want to work with customers who have unrealistic expectations. We charge $1492.00.

I hope this helps Karen understand who she is talking about. Many companies would sue her for liable. However, we enjoy the opportunity to set the record straight. Make up your own mind by visiting our website today.

If you are an individual who has reasonable expectations about the effort required to create your own online business and would like help. Check out our free seminars at www.obinstitute.com.

Online Business Institute formerly Online Auction Academy

#3Author of original report

Thu, December 02, 2004

I have found out the Online Business Institute is being run by the same people who run the Online Auction Academy. If you go to their website you will se those evil names Ben Mah, Sterling Brown and Michele Schumerhorn. Please be advised the Online Business Institute is as corrupt and the Online Auction Academy. See all claim filed against the Online Auction in Reno courts. They are trying to re-establish their reputation under a new name. BEWARE OF THE ONLINE BUSINESS INSTITUTE.
