Complaint Review: Online Business Systems

I saw an add for an online business that offered a money back guarantee if not satisfied within 90 days, so I purchased the "starter" DVD for more information about the company. The DVD DID NOT even mention what the "product" was, who the business was, how to go about "investing" NOTHING. Just a bunch of people who claim to have found the "secret to success". This is such bull.

I did more research online, and found that the company is Herbalife. WHY are they hiding? So after I WASTED my time watching the DVD, I requested a refund. NOTHING. I requested ANOTHER refund. NOTHING.

After 10 or more attempts, I went to the website. Not only did I still not receive my refund, I received an email suggesting that I invest in their company at "no risk". I emailed THAT email back. NOTHING.

So, now I'm stuck with a non-informative~ yet VERY expensive (49.95) DVD. The whole experience has been a total waste of my time and definately my money. I really feel sorry for those who really believe that this "so called company" will make them any money. The only possible money I can see this "company" generating, is from people like me, who take the "no risk" challenge and get screwed.
