Complaint Review: Online China Wholesale.com

I ordered a hair straightening iron (flat iron) from this site. I got all the usual conformation emails, one having my 'tracking number' and updates saying my package was 'processing' and another claiming 'dispatched'. When i went to the tracking website.. EMS.. i put in the number i was given and it said there is no record of this package.

I proceeded to respond to the email because it said 'Please reply to this email if you have any questions'. When i sent it, i got a failure notice from yahoo .. obviously the email doesnt exist. So i went to the site and tried to find a link to message the seller. There was none.. It wouldnt let me sign in with my password i had to get a new one which im sure it wont let me in again tomorrow.

There is no contact number for this site only a live chat, which i messaged and no one responded to me.

I will be making a claim against them with Paypal (which is how i paid) so hopefully i get my money back..

beware of onlinechinawholesale.com, low lives.
