online consulting group llc I oder the product , I was not happy with it ,so I retuned it 2 days after I received the product , they say they will put my money back in 5 days is over 3 months ,I called them 100 of times and they tell me the same thing over and over again , please help this is not fair . I order their product back in september 28 , I returned the item with it a week ,they told me that I will receive my money back and nothing happenned yet ,i did talk to some one and they told me that they did receive my product to waiy 2 weeks for the refund ,I called a month later and they ask me for the traking # and i miss placed it that they can't locate my return and that is over 30 days and I would not be able to get full refund ,there is no manager to talk to only this Idiots that answer thae phone after 15 minutes ,please help this is not fair for anyone ,
