After ordering the Max Garcinia Burn as a free trial, I noticed that my account had been debited $148.95. When I called the phone number associated with this transaction on my account statement (855-623-5263), I spoke with a woman who told me to simply ship back all unopened product with the RMA she provided and a refund would be issued within 5 business days after they received my return. The address she provided me with was Online Consulting Group, LLC. PO BOX 910644 St George, UT. I followed her instructions the very next day, confirmed through USPS tracking that the item was delivered, and waited the 5 business days.

As of today, I have yet to receive my refund.  I called the number once more and spoke to a man named Jules who first requested that I provide the tracking number, which luckily I was able to. He put me on hold only to come back and tell me that I needed to wait another 5-7 business days because my return was still being processed. After I asked several probing questions, he states that there may be an issue with my package because it would have otherwise been processed by now. When I ask to speak with a supervisor, he tells me that none are available.

When I tell him that I would wait, he says that he cannot keep me on the phone for that long.  I then ask him to find out what is wrong with my package and he says that he cannot do that either because the returns department is closed. I continue to request a supervisor and then he tells me that they are all in a meeting. He kept telling me to call back in a few days and everything should be resolved, but while on the phone with him I searched the internet and found sooooo many complaints with the BBB and other scam sites. I was NOT going to just wait a few more days, and then a few more like so many other victims had described in their complaints.

 After spending 45 mins on the phone with him, going in circles without any resolutions, requesting a supervisor all the while, he finally puts me on hold to go find someone who will be able to help me. A woman gets on the phone and as soon as I begin to explain my issue she hangs up on me. I call right back and the representative who answers is rude, offensive, denies me help and then he hangs up on me! Twice I was hung up on by this company! When I call right back for the third I receive an automated message that states that the office is now closed.

I am seeking a full refund. In addition, I think that the owner of this company should be stripped of his business license, fined, prosecuted, and denied the ability to ever conduct business in the United States. As a result of the numerous acts of fraud, deceit, and manipulation that this company committed against hundreds of consumers nationwide, citizens such as myself had been subjected to financial losses that total hundreds of thousands of dollars. I will be filing a chargeback alongside complaints with the BBB, the Attorney General, the Federal Trade Commission and anyone else who will hear me out. This company is a SCAM and I will do my best to make it known in hopes of saving others from becoming a victim of this company.

I am going throuh the same exact thing. The day I received the product and saw my bill I refused to pay that amount so I called them immediatly to request a refund and was told to send them the product and I would get the full refund back. Lets just say its been 4 months and still no refund. I've been calling every week and I get the same answer of we have not received your product. Although I can give them the RMA code they gave me to put on the front of the box,

as well as the cancelation code they won't issue me a refund without a tracking number. Every representative that i've spoken to are very rude and even the so called supervisor name Francis employee number 6242 who I was on hold for 36 minutes to speak to came off very offensive and was practically yelling at me when asked about a refund stating there is nothing he can do to help me. This company needs to be put to a stop because what they are doing is very wrong.

The same thing happened to me.  I've called numerous times and was given different answers every time. When I ask to speak to a supervisor I get the runaround and hung up on.  I've been give 2-4 days for my money return, or 3-5 days, 18 days, up to 30 days.  It's also very hard to understand some of them.  I'm not sure what esle I can do to get my refund?  Do not buy from this company - they will scam you and take your money without getting the product.
