Complaint Review: OnLine Detective CCNILL

OnLine Detective CCBILL Ripoff continued to charge us after we cancelled wouldn't credit without copy of confirmation e-mail from almost 6 month ago Would only send new cancellation confirmation to old e-mail which is no longer valid Tempe Arizona

Sold our company so cancelled subscription with them. Five months later our bank account is again drafted for subscription.

Called company and was told only way to get credit was to have a copy of cancellation confirmation e-mail. Explained that with company sold 5 months ago we have no access to that email any longer.

Basically said too bad, we can only do a new cancellation now. Asked for cancellation email to be sent to me, but oh, no, could only go to original email account. (Which hasn't been valid for 5 months.)

Ended up saying fine, took a confirmation number from the guy and we will close our account before the next quarter charges can come through. What a bunch of jerks.
