Complaint Review: Online Detective

I needed to locate family members of a friend who passed away in Feb. 2001. Having webtv I was unable to access the site and promptly cancelled.. After having my bank account charged 29.95, I contacted Iccbill.com, and cancelled again.. To my dismay I have been being charged since. The amount of which comes to over $700.00 from March of 2001..Unfortunately, Iccbill.com says they can only go back 90 days, and my bank also, so I will not retrieve but a very small percentage of my loss..
I tried to contact Online Detective, but the one I picked says they are not the ones who ripped me off.
The lesson? Check you bank statements on a regular basis..
I'm heartsick to think all these months I've paid for 'thin air'..
