Complaint Review: Online Detective

I ordered and paid $9.95 for a three day trial of this software. I was given a registration # to activate my software after it was downloaded.

When I put the # in and click on activate it says my subcription is validated and to please wait for the software to activate. Then nothing else happens.

I e-mailed them at customer svs. and received an automated reply. I e-mailed them at the suggested address which is help@onlinedetctive.com and all I got was a duplicate of my original registration notice.

The only online support is through the software itself so if you can't activate the software you can't access the support.

I went through the billing service they use to cancel my subscription so I wouldn't get the automatic monthly billing of $29.95. I have received 2 emails saying my account is cancelled to hopefully it's true.
