On May 6th,2015, I ordered a leash and collar for my pom and as of August 10,2015 I have yet to recieve any products from this so called company. part of the agreement was you sign up for pet parent and they would help you train your dog to be a better pet. after I signed up and paid for 2 months, never got any help, nor receive any product. I called and they said it was there vendor and could not give a date to when I would get this product or refund. they did stop billing me but no refund...this is a fraudulent company, ready to rip off anyone with a heart. I have written several emails and there sticking to the same excuse, "its the Vendor" Do Not work with this company they are Rip Offs .
