Complaint Review: David Gilitiuk

I foolishly trusted an online mattress co. Comfortairedirect.com They were selling a $4215.78 mattress at 55% off=$1899.00. Ha! What they sent me was a used or returned mattress fully assembled. They normally charge a heafty fee for that service. A Cal-king stuffed into a regular King box. Bulging at the seams. When I opened the box to my amazement the bed looked like it had been used for some time. The material was severly wrinkled mostly at the top on both sides . When I called customer service asap the same day they refused to send a replacement, refused to give a return authorization so I could return it. Bottom line is. Take what we give you and shut up. No returns on online purchases. After checking some of the other models they sell the bed they sent me was a $899.00 regular price with no discount. The sona model only cheaper. Wow I was shocked. If anyone could help us that would be great. I feel we were Duped paying for a nice $4215.78 mattress on sale for $1899.00 not a $899.00  mattress for $1899.00. I orginally wanted a Queen for $1460.00 but they up sold me to a Cal-King. What a Ripoff.
