Complaint Review: Online Public Artco

Onlinepublicart.com has being billing $10.64 to my personal account without my authorization. I do not know this company, have never heard of them before and they do not identify themselve on the billing statement. Please, if you get any kind of this fraudulent billing report it to your bank. They will investigate and refund your money back to your account. I asked the bank if there is any way to stop this kind of weird billing and I'm waiting for an answer.

Otherwise, I will close my account because this is the 3rd time a "ghost" company bills something to my account and my bank paid it. Do not keep silent. Check your statements on a monthly basis.
