I contacted this company when I was looking at software to run my business.  They were pretty high pressure.  When I finally made the decision I was going to pay via CC and he offered me a discount to give them access to my checking.  I did and they took out $480+ from my account that day.  One week later I still did not have the product and contacted the company several times via email (they don't answer the phone once they have your money).  They blamed the hurricane for the delay even though I ordered the software and they took the money a week prior.

Once I got the software it was the wrong version.  They offered to send the correct version I said OK.  One week later still no software.  I called 3x and got no response.  They finally answered my email and said the machine was broken.  I told them it was too late and I would return what I had and wanted my money back.

I sent the package certified mail and they received it in two days.  One week went by and no refund to my account.  I left several voice messages and sent a bunch of emails.  No response.  Fast forward to today 1.5 months later still no refund still no answer to my calls.

DO NOT do business with this company.

The company sent the refund check today via FEDX.
