I was very shocked when I opened my bank account statement on the computer and saw "Online Supplier" had a pending transaction of $39.95 waiting for me. I immediately went to the internet to find a number or anything to get in touch with them. I could not find a telephone number on their site and knew that an email would take too long, or they may ignore it.

I came here to Rip-off Report and found a customer service number. I called and talked to a very nice gentleman named Larry. He said it would be no problem to cancel my service and void my transaction. He said I was very lucky because I called while the transaction was still pending. He said if I had called tomorrow there would be nothing he could do about it.

So it looks like the only way to avoid getting charged is to catch it early. This is a BIG SCAM because you dont even know you are going to get charged until it happens. I got lucky. Good Luck to those of you who didnt.

If you are think about signing up for Online Supplier, dont do it unless you dont mind spending $40 a month for an internet hosting service.
