I'm writing to warn the public about this company and how they tried to trick me into enroling into one of there very expensive education programs. They promise that if you sign up you will make money using there system and there pro pick program which I couldn't see any positive proof of there performance.
Bob Tanzi was very deceptive in his answers to my questions and kept pushing me to sign up for the more expensive program because it will pay for itself in 3 months.
This porgram was $13000.00 and that I will not make a good trader until I entered there Mastermind program then I will hit it big! I can quit my job and live the life I always dreamed of.
Bob was pushy and very vague on answering my questions. Sounded like a "salesman" all the way.The rest of the staff didn't seem real interested in me and the owner just shook my hand and walked off, no real interest in getting to know me.
There education is very expensive and I couldn't get a real answer on how successful there students are so I asked for a referrence, which they gave, so I asked them and they told me that about 3% of there students are successful.
The sales guy was slick and the program is too expensive for me....I was told that everyone pays a different price for there education......work them on price if you decide to get some bogus education from these guys.....

I am a graduate of the Dallas OTA, I probably went through about the same time as that unhappy consumer. I will say that my experience was quite different, actually one that I would highly recommend to others who are interested in learning to trade. I was fortunate enough to work with a very smart and informative salesman, which they call “Education Counselors” Sean Manning. But the real benefit has come from the phenomenal Traders/Instructors that travel to all the different cities to teach us. (not to mention the online support)
I will admit, Trading is not for everyone, it takes discipline and hard work. But if you are so inclined, there is no better group to work with. You spend days & weeks in the classes there and become friends with everyone there. They recently added to their Education Counselors team with a new female hire, who is awesome (ask for Kelly).
I have recently move away from Dallas and continue to be fully engaged with OTA, as their online support, teachers, coaches, and live traders are by far the best. Not only have I paid the tuition for 1 class, but I was so happy I have since paid for 3 more in additional areas of concentration. In the 2 years, I have expanded and improved my trading skills in 4 areas of expertise. (and Yes I am profitable)
Whether it be learning how to trade or losing weight, if you pay for a program, it is still up to you to put in the time, effort and dedication to your goals. There is no free lunch or quick fixes, especially in trading, you get what you pay for. I am very happy I got connected to the Dallas OTA group.
In summary, I cannot defend the feelings the unhappy consumer had in dealing with Bob. I am more inclined to believe there was a personality miss-match or misunderstanding. We’ve all dealt with salesmen that we did not agree with, at least Dallas OTA has others to work with that are, in my experience, great.
