OnlineBiz Took money from account without authorization Scottsdale Arizona Internet

This company has taken my money. They charged me $1.95 for information that was to be emailed me. Never happened. I called to cancel and AFTER doing so was charged another $39.85, and two weeks later another $129.85!

I called again today and wanted to get my money back. I spoke with Brandon who was rude and called me a liar. Said I asked for their service and I had to pay. I told him I never received the service. He said sorry and hung up. I called back wanting to speak with a supervisor. After 45 minutes on hold, thank goodness it's my day off, I spoke w/Samantha. She was no help either.

I asked Samantha about this web site, Ripoff Report. She said she was aware of it and that they are the ripoffs. She said, "They put us on their web page and now are asking us for a large sum of money to be taken off." I couldn't believe it, talk about the pot calling the kettle black.

They were to send me information on government grants, and to this day I donot have anything. Boy do I feel like a sucker!

I have filed a dispute with my credit card company on the two charges, but will have to wait 30 days to see if it is given back to me.
