OnlineCarStereo.com I'm stuck with a defected subwoofer they will not warranty out...due to they are NOT an authorized dealer. Internet

So i purchase a car subwoofer, 3 day's down the line i see subwoofer outline coming apart,
dry cracking i called onlinecarstereo.com advise floor manger william that i just purchase this subwoofer and it look's like is dry cracking please warranty out the subwoofer, i advise then i was told to send some photo's of the damage so i did, never'd send me an email back or anything i had to call him back for stutas,then i was told he was going to send the photo's to be look at for warranty that never happend again ! I call back just to get NoWhere again !!!!
Finely i found out thier gaving me a hard time on warranty on subwoofer do to the fact that thier not an AUTHORIZED DEALER !!!!!  ON ALL iTEM'S BE CAREFUL WITH THIS CLOWN 


  I call Rockford and the told me is best to buy from Authorized Dealer i would had no problem geting the warranty..................
