Complaint Review: Online Pharmacy Meds

onlinepharmacymeds ripoff Took money from my bank account for an order I had cancelled the day after making it. Returned money only after lengthy intervention by my bank. Internet

I made an order with this firm for some antibiotics, confirmed by them 16 January 2004 via email. I then cancelled that order the next day, again receiving notice via email of that change.

Yet I was charged via an electronic transfer for the full amount, some $68.70 with shipping, some days following.

Attempts to contact this firm led me to a "chat line" where, once again I "cancelled" the order while pointing out that it was ridiculous to cancel an order that had already been cancelled. I asked about a return of my money. No answer.

After an intervention by my bank, the firm did finally return me my money, but I've no reason to believe they would have should I not have taken this direct course. Despite admitting the cancellation, no one representing this firm would tell me how or when I would receive my money. It was about a month and a half following the order that I finally did get my money back.

Notice that I cancelled this order on January 17, the day after making it. Yet money was removed from my bank account on the 21st.

I again cancelled this order yesterday, but just in case there has been another screw-up, this is to notify you of THAT cancellation and of the first one. Please return extracted funds to my bank account. Thanks.
