onlinepublicart.com Ripoff fradulent charges on your credit card Company does not exist Mexicointernet Internet
I found a charge for $13.03 on my credit card statement. I have never gone to this website nor have ever given my credit card number over the phone to anyone in mexico. The charge appears on the statement as www.onlinepublicart.com, but the website does not exist.
The fact that I have been in contact with websites in Mexico stumped me, as I had to think if I had ever used my credit card there, but hadn't. Don't know how they are doing this, the charges are small so they may go un-noticed.
