On 12/09/2013 I started researching home values via the internet. I retrieved a free report from zillow.com which was very detailed. I proceeded to request a report from another website, propertyvaluelookup.com. This website insisted on a $1 fee to access its report. So I payed the fee to find out that the website redirected me to onlinereportaccess.com which then provided me with the same free report I received from zillow.com. I contacted their customer service department and complained about being mislead at therir introductory page. Nowhere on their introductory page do they specify that they are a 3rd party who provides the consumer with home values from another well known free website(zillow.com).  Onlinereportaccess.com didn't offer to refund me, and ignored my complaint of being mislead.  Both websites, propertyvaluelookup.com and onlinereportaccess.com, were completely misleading through being untransparent  on their webpages about the information given to the consumer, and brokering a fee for complimentary information from a non-related website.
