The first time I got suckered into this, I never received anything in the mail

Yes, I did it twice like a fool, got the info which was worthless.

Called to cancel, was told the $29.95 fee would be credited back to my card the same day - 2 weeks later I'm still waiting for the credit

When I called customer service to enquire you have to agree to a $1.00 fee to speak with a live person!
So they now want to eat up the fee that should have been returned by charging me to find out what happened.
Once I agreed to the $1.00 fee, I was told it could take up to ten days

I'm still waiting.
