I played and won a lot of money on this on line casino. Suddenly the game/odds changed and I lost a lot of money. The Casino charged my checking more than once for the same amounts.


I withdrew my money in the amount of $11.645; this was to be sent to me. When I didn't receive the money, I telephoned the company only to be told:  That money was redeposited back to your casino account and you played it all back and lost it. This IS untrue.


After weeks of complaining to the company, they admitted the over charge was their mistake, but did not return the money. Their offer was: we will refund the overcharge to your casino account and occasionally give you a "bonus" to play with, but we will not return the $11,645! And we will do this only if you make regular deposits to your casino account.


OnLineVegas Literally STOLE $12,145 from me. When I told them I did not play that money as I had withdrew it to be sent to me and they had no right to "redeposit" it, a VIP Manager actually told me he thought I was Lying!  He knows I am not lying, he knows I didn't play and loose that money. I received numerous emails from a customer service rep names Johnny telling me that I was "ahead" of the casino because I had won money. Suddenly the odds drastically changed. Then the money I had withdrawn and was to be sent to me conveniently disappeared. They said "you played all of that and lost it!"  All untrue.
