Onlinewholesaleflowers poor quality goods, bad customer service, ripoff Las Vegas Nevada Internet
After spending 4 months researching online whole sale flowers for my nieces July 8 2206, I chose onlinewholesaleflowers.com. Their choice of flowers and prices where very good. I made the order and confirmed everything one week before delivery. Their policy for any damaged or wrong orders seemed to be reasonable. I made sure that I delt with a company I THOUGHT would work with me quickly if there were any problems.
The flowers were delivered as scheduled. However when I opened the box, I was shocked to see the conditions. Everything I ordered was to be pink, everything. The first that I saw was the snap dragons. I had 6 bunches and everyone was moldy, mushy, rotten, drooping stems. The stargazers were not pink nor where the special roses - lisathuris.
I called the company immediatley as directed by there policy. I was informed to use the rehydration process that they highly recommend you purchase at the time of your order for an extra $16.00. I said how bad they looked and the color wasn't right and could it really make moldy, mushy stems come back to life and make everything pink, I was told "you'd be surprised". She also told me to send pictures of the damage online. We did the process as directed and took and sent the pictures.
Six hours later, they still looked DEAD and NOT PINK. When I called they said they were sorry and they would credit me back for the cost of the snapdragons. I asked about getting more flowers and replacing the white flowers for pink ones, they were sorry, but they were out of everything. It also states on their policy that they would send more flowers, but they didn't.
Need less to say it was quite a race to see what else I could find with only 2 days to the wedding. We had to spend an additional $300.00 and spray paint everything pink. Luckly my niece was happy with the outcome but it took a lot of prayers and help.
When I got home, I e-mailed several times and was ignored. I believe that I am owed more money back. Really I should get it all back because I don't think we ended up using anything they sent us. Once I said that I would just dispute it with my credit card company, suddenly they offered a $73.00 store credit. Suddenly the pictures had to be date and time stamped and I signed the cc receipt agreeing to their terms. I have to agree to their terms but they don't have to agree to contract either.
Wish I would have GOOGLED their name before I did business with them because I would have found several complaints about them. All stories are VERY similar. Poor quality good, bad customer service. I know that its not because its hard to send flowers and keep them fresh because we ordered 80 hydranges from JJ Roses and they were BEAUTIFUL. They were also shipped wonderfully; with great care.
BOTTOM LINE:
Warn everyone you know to NEVER use them and to pass it on. I'll update if this ever gets resolved
