The offer for trial cd's to learn a language and only pay $6.95 for shipping is a scam. Repeated attempts to cancel this "subscription" only resulted in a partial payment of $50 for the second charge of $79.50 and a third charge of $89. The offer of 100% product guarantee on the site appears to be just a false image.

This order was placed on 3/26/06, for an Onlingo subscription. At that time we sent out the first lesson on a 10 day trial according to the Terms and Conditions which were agreed to when the order was placed.

You then had 10 days to try out the product before being billed. If during those 10 days you decided that Onlingo was not right for you, then you needed to cancel your subscription and return one of the cd's which were sent to you.

Since we did not hear from anyone to cancel you were charged for the Level 1 cd's on 4/13/06, and sent Level 2 on 5/8/06, which you were billed for that that time.

On 5/10/06, we did recieve a call to cancel the subscription, which we did and actually offered you a $50 refund for the Level 2 shipment which had just gone out, which you accepted. That refund was processed on 5/12/06, and we did not hear from you again until 7/24/06.

On 7/24/06, you called back into the Call Center demanding a refund for both Levels 1 and 2. We explained to you that you had already been refunded $50 for Level 2, and that Level 1 was well past our 30 day return policy since it was ordered in March.

This policy was explained by several of our Managers, however you seemed unclear as to what shipments you had been charged for. At that time we explained the program to you, and that you had been refunded for the Level 2 shipment, which you did not even have to return. Since the Level 1 shipment goes back to March it is no longer eligible for a refund since we are now at the end of July.
