ONLINGO ripoff NEWARK CALIFORNIA
I have been trying 2 cancel this Onlingo since August 3, 2005. They said that you would have 10 days to cancel and not be charged, yet, they do not give you a proper toll free number or website to do so. I have not had any success. They have charged me two times for items I did not wish to recieve. Once for $59.95 and the second for $66.90. I tried their toll free number (800-949-6880) and it was disconnected. I have also tried to email them, and, it takes you to an order form for more CD's!!!! This is ridiculous... On the form on the main order policy, it states that they do not even accept return to sender packages!!! I hope they burn for what they are doing to honest, hardworking, consumers. Please make sure everyone know's about their scam.

We received the email that you sent us and have been trying to respond but everytime that we do we get the error that I am copying below (I am putting XXXXX where your email was). Can you call us at 800 949 6880?

Please see our response that we posted earlier on this site. You say that the 800 number is disconnected but that is not true. It is working fine.

This is Onlingo Customer Service. We just saw this note. We are sorry that you had problems with our Customer Service. We have both an 800 number and accept in bound emails for Customer Service. We also have a website that you can visit to cancel a subscription which takes less than one minute.
